How is XQworkflow priced?

Pricing is based on the number of workflows, locations, and users you manage, plus the level of integration and support you need. We scope every engagement individually so you pay for the platform you actually use, not for unused seats or shelfware modules.

Is there a free trial?

We do not offer a self-serve free trial. Instead, every prospective customer gets a guided demo with our team, followed by a tailored proof-of-concept where we configure XQworkflow against one of your real workflows so you can evaluate it on your operations, not a generic sandbox.

Do you offer monthly or annual contracts?

Most customers choose annual contracts because regulatory programs run on annual cycles and pricing is more favorable. Monthly billing is available on request for short pilots or seasonal operations. Multi-year terms include additional discounting.

Are implementation and onboarding included?

Yes. Every plan includes onboarding, workflow configuration support, and a named implementation lead. For large multi-site rollouts, additional professional services may be quoted separately depending on scope.

What happens when our usage grows?

Plans are designed to flex. If you add locations, workflows, or users mid-term, we true up at renewal rather than charging for overages on the fly. We will tell you well before any plan change is needed.
